Bishop connects via read-only access to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, syncing emails and meetings continuously throughout the day. Each captured event is assigned a matter, a confidence level, and a classification rationale. Lawyers review proposals in one screen, approving or correcting entries before anything is finalized. Approved time exports as CSV, Excel, or LEDES98B for ingestion into existing billing systems. The product is built specifically for the Indian market, with INR rate support and Asia/Kolkata timekeeping by default. Currently in beta.

FAQs
Bishop currently supports Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, covering mail, calendar, and attendance from Teams and Google Meet. Additional connectors are listed as on the roadmap but are not yet available.
No. Bishop reads only the subject line and a short preview to classify each event. Full email bodies are never stored on Bishop's servers at any point during processing.
No. Bishop does not train models on user data. Events are processed via Google's Gemini API with identifying details removed beforehand, and classification results are discarded after use.
No. Every captured event is a proposal only. A lawyer must approve, correct, or dismiss each entry. Once a day is finalized it is locked, and nothing reaches the billing export without explicit human approval.
Approved time entries export as CSV, Excel, or LEDES98B files, with rates resolved per matter, client, lawyer, seniority level, or firm default. INR currency is natively supported for Indian firms.
