Jurist draws on five sources: user-provided context like contracts and playbooks, proprietary legal AI models trained on legal terminology, real-time internet access to vetted sources, multi-agent AI models for chain-of-thought prompting, and multiple generative LLMs to review, craft, edit, and research legal documents.
Ironclad does not use your data for AI training unless your organization explicitly opts in. All current customers are opted out by default. Ironclad also maintains Zero Data Retention agreements with OpenAI and other third-party AI providers, so your data is not retained by those providers.
Users can upload .docx files and PDFs. Jurist can generate .docx files as output, which can be downloaded directly to Word. There is no limit on the number of documents that can be uploaded, as the multi-agent model chunks data for real-time processing.
