INSZoom combines configurable workflows and reminders with automatic expiration and deadline alerts, custom reports, and tracking of case phases and milestones for SLA reporting. Auto-population, smart automation and a virtual assistant are designed to reduce the effort of processing cases, and Mitratech says clients can save a third of the time involved. The platform supports U.S. case processing, Canadian case processing and global programs covering North America, Asia-Pacific, Europe and other regions. Its forms library spans employment-based petitions, family sponsorships, travel documents and citizenship matters, including Forms I-90, N-400, I-765, I-485 and I-130. An H-1B Registration Module supports cap season, and data from USCIS receipts can be entered automatically. INSZoom is SaaS and stores client and foreign national data in one central repository with security features and permissions. It integrates with QuickBooks Online, LawPay and Authorize.net, and supports custom integrations. INSZoom Enterprise adds customized HR Portal access for corporate contacts, automated templated emails and reminders, and Advance Case Request for case initiation. Account set-up usually takes two to five business days, plus time for data migration and configuration.
