ClearyX Launches AI Legal Platform

ClearyX has launched CX+, an AI-powered contract intelligence and due diligence platform, in New York on April 15, 2026.

The launch marks a shift in how in-house legal teams and deal professionals can handle contract review and portfolio management. CX+ directly targets two specific operational bottlenecks: extracting intelligence from large contract portfolios and managing the time and cost of M&A due diligence. Generic AI tools have failed to solve these problems, and CX+ was built specifically around documented pain points from legal teams.

Platform at a Glance

CX+ consists of two products: CX+Insights and CX+Transact. Each product targets a distinct workflow within legal operations.

CX+Insights is built for in-house legal teams managing large volumes of contracts. It allows teams to load contracts, run AI-powered queries, and surface results through dashboards, playbooks, risk analyses, and visualizations.

CX+Transact is designed for contract review and M&A due diligence. It includes a tabular review system with tagging, filtering, and in-place editing, along with CX Diligence Portals that provide real-time visibility into review progress.

The Problem It Solves

In-house legal teams have long struggled to extract usable intelligence from contract portfolios without significant manual effort. Standard tools require contract migration, lack integration with existing systems, and do not connect directly to business decision workflows.

Due diligence in M&A transactions presents a similar challenge. Manual contract review is time-intensive and expensive, particularly across large deal volumes.

ClearyX reports consistent cost and time savings of 40 to 60 percent on due diligence compared to manual review. This figure is based on documented results across more than 150 deals processed using CX+Transact.

CX+Insights connects directly to existing document repositories without requiring contract migration. As new documents are added, the platform automatically updates its analytics in real time.

CX+ is model-agnostic, meaning it is not locked to a single AI system and can be configured around a client's specific requirements. It includes native integrations with document management systems and source repositories through custom APIs, which allows teams to begin using it without rebuilding their existing technology setup.

The platform is available as a standalone licensed tool with flexible pricing. It can also be paired with support services from the ClearyX team.

Design and Security

Security was prioritized throughout the development of CX+. The software was built with secure code and undergoes rigorous testing for accuracy and stability before deployment.

The open architecture of CX+Insights is designed to function as a permanent intelligence layer within a legal team's existing technology stack. It sits between raw contract data and the business decisions that depend on that data, rather than replacing current systems.
