Clio, the global legal AI technology leader, announced on October 16, 2025, the launch of Clio for Enterprise, a new division and suite of solutions designed for large law firms and corporate legal departments. The suite includes Clio Operate, Vincent by Clio, Clio Library, and Clio Docket, marking the company's first comprehensive enterprise offering for the global legal market.

This expansion extends Clio's reach beyond its existing base of over 200,000 legal professionals worldwide. The company aims to serve firms operating at higher levels of scale and complexity with technology built for enterprise workflows.

Core Products

Clio Operate serves as an adaptive work management platform for large firms. The platform evolved from ShareDo, which Clio acquired in March 2025. It connects workflows, analytics, and collaboration across global teams while maintaining firm-wide standards and governance.

Vincent by Clio delivers enterprise-grade legal AI built on authoritative legal sources. Eight of the ten largest global law firms already use Vincent. The platform demonstrates 3.7 times greater accuracy than general-purpose models and delivers a 38 percent productivity lift across key workflows.

New Capabilities

Clio introduced three new Vincent capabilities for enterprise environments. Vincent Studio allows customers to create custom AI tools without engineering support. The Drafting feature streamlines complex contract creation using firm precedents or new templates. New integrations connect with iManage, NetDocuments, and SharePoint.

Clio Library provides access to over 1 billion editorially enriched documents across 110 jurisdictions, drawing from vLex's legal data collection. Clio Docket offers comprehensive court data and integrated docket tracking across multiple jurisdictions.
