Consilio Extends Relativity Partnership as Legal AI Adoption Accelerates

Consilio has renewed its partnership with Relativity under a multiyear agreement that keeps RelativityOne and Relativity aiR available to its clients, while extending support for Relativity Server through the platform’s January 2028 new-matter cutoff. The agreement preserves a relationship that has lasted nearly two decades and gives Consilio a defined path between established server-based workflows and Relativity’s cloud and AI products.

The deal arrives as legal departments and law firms reassess how they manage growing volumes of electronically stored information, investigations and litigation data. Consilio operates across legal technology and enterprise legal services, while Relativity supplies the underlying data-management and review environment. Consilio said its RelativityOne and Relativity Server deployments rank among the largest globally, a footprint that gives it experience across different client requirements and matter types. The company’s chief strategy officer, Emron Pratt, said the partnership would help Consilio offer the broader Relativity platform as legal teams respond to rapid advances in AI.
