Consilio Partners with Robin for AI Contract Analysis

Consilio has formed a strategic multi-year partnership with Robin to launch three AI-powered contract analysis services. The collaboration combines Robin's contract analysis models with Consilio's legal engineers and Lawyers On Demand to help corporate legal teams review, analyze, and migrate contracts faster and more accurately.

This partnership follows Consilio's June 2025 launch of Aurora, its Digital Enterprise Platform, in the UK and Europe. Aurora became available to select UK clients beginning July 1, 2025, with additional European deployments planned throughout 2025.

Three New Services Launched

The partnership introduces Guided AI Contract Analysis through three distinct services. Guided AI Contract Diligence accelerates M&A due diligence by using AI-driven contract data extraction to help lawyers identify critical risks across large data volumes. This service reduces both timelines and costs while maintaining accuracy.

Guided AI Contract Intelligence extracts and analyzes key clauses from contract portfolios. This helps clients make informed decisions and respond quickly to regulatory and supply chain issues.

The third service, Guided AI Contract Migration, automates secure contract data transfers between systems. This process ensures data integrity and operational continuity while minimizing manual effort and accelerating complex migrations.

All three services follow a "human guided" approach where AI-powered insights receive expert oversight before enterprise deployment. This methodology combines automated efficiency with professional validation.
