The London-based legal AI solutions company hired Jeremy Coleman as Vice President of Legal Research and Development, Kate Poppitt as Director of AI Programs (UK), Tara Bennett as General Manager for EMEA and APAC, Antoni Chrysostomou as Vice President of Sales for EMEA, and Chris Smith as Vice President of Account Management. Two Legal Veterans Join AI Development Team

Jeremy Coleman joins from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he served as Director of Innovation and led GenAI tool testing for lawyers. He helped build and scale the firm's Newcastle office and NRF Transform program. Coleman will focus on advancing Leah's legal intelligence capabilities.

Kate Poppitt brings over 10 years of legal experience from Hogan Lovells and Dentons. The Legal 500 recognized her twice as a "Key Lawyer" in sanctions and international trade. She will shape Leah's legal reasoning and output quality, bringing expertise in compliance, regulatory law, and legal advisory.

Three Sales Leaders Target Global Markets

Tara Bennett leads ContractPodAi's commercial efforts across EMEA and APAC regions. She brings two decades of enterprise technology leadership, with five years focused on legal tech and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) sectors.

Antoni Chrysostomou assumes the Vice President of Sales role for EMEA. He brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience, including more than a decade in LegalTech. At PatSnap, he helped scale the sales organization and built multiple commercial units while consistently exceeding revenue targets. Previously, he led global sales at BusyLamp, driving growth across the UK and US markets.

New Account Manager Focuses on Customer Growth

Chris Smith joins as Vice President of Account Management after building and scaling go-to-market functions at Box, Coursera, and Cledara. He worked at both pre- and post-IPO organizations and will handle customer retention and growth. Smith will focus on expanding AI use cases to help customers improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
