DeepIP Raises $40M to Unify AI Patent Work

DeepIP secures $25M Series B, bringing total funding to $40M as it becomes the go-to AI platform for patent professionals worldwide.

Patent work has long suffered from fragmented AI tools that handle individual tasks but fail to connect them. DeepIP, a workflow-native AI platform for patent operations, is addressing this directly with fresh capital and rapid enterprise adoption.

The Funding Round

New York and Paris-based DeepIP closed a $25M Series B round on March 3, 2026. The round was co-led by Korelya Capital and Serena, the firm behind Dataiku. Existing investors Balderton, known for backing Revolut, and Headline, an investor in Mistral AI, also participated.

The new capital brings DeepIP's total funding to $40M. The company reported tenfold ARR growth over the past 18 months, signaling strong demand from law firms and corporate IP teams.

The Problem It Solves

Most AI tools in patent practice operate in silos. A professional might use one tool for prior art searches, another for drafting claims, and yet another for portfolio tracking. Switching between these systems forces teams to manually transfer context, increasing the risk of errors and delays.
