Elevate Acquires Legadex in European Expansion

Elevate announced its acquisition of Legadex, a Netherlands-based legal services provider, on October 28, 2025, marking its fourth deal since May 2024.

Amsterdam, Netherlands—Elevate, a provider of software, consulting, and services to law departments and law firms, acquired Legadex to expand its presence in Europe. The deal brings Legadex founders Hans-Martijn Roos and Luc van Daele into Elevate's management team. The acquisition strengthens Elevate's capabilities in technology-enabled legal services and legal operations.

This acquisition represents Elevate's fourth strategic deal in six months. The move expands Elevate's European operations and adds Legadex's client base of over 300 customers. These clients include publicly listed companies, financial institutions, and investment funds across multiple sectors.

Founded in 2008, Legadex delivers legal services, legal operations, and managed services to large corporations, scale-ups, and private equity investors. The company serves clients in food, energy, pharmaceuticals, and technology sectors. Legadex specializes in AI and GenAI integration, legal tech implementation, and managed legal services.
