EnforceShield Raises €1.7 Million to Automate Global IP Enforcement

Vilnius-based EnforceShield has raised €1.7 million in seed funding to automate intellectual-property enforcement, as AI expands the scale and speed of online infringement. Vendep Capital led the round, with FIRSTPICK VC participating. The company will use the financing to expand its product and commercial activity in the United States.

Founded in 2024 by attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, EnforceShield sells software to enterprise IP owners that identifies suspected violations and carries cases through subsequent enforcement steps. That positioning reflects a broader shift in legal technology: buyers are moving beyond tools that surface information and toward systems that execute repeatable legal operations. For brand owners, the pressure is particularly acute because infringement can appear across multiple platforms while internal legal and analyst teams remain constrained by headcount.

EnforceShield’s platform combines detection, legal assessment, evidence preparation, takedown requests, monitoring and escalation. Its decision process considers the rights holder’s IP portfolio, the relevant jurisdiction, platform rules, evidence, potential consumer confusion and unauthorised use. The company’s operating model leaves routine outcomes to its software, while attorneys and analysts review decisions, manage exceptions and address more complicated matters. EnforceShield is headquartered in Lithuania and has a U.S. subsidiary in Tennessee. It says the United States represents as much as 80% of its sales pipeline, making the new capital both a product-development investment and a push into its most important commercial market.
