Flo Deploys AI Tool to Answer Law Firms' Hardest Talent Questions From Their Own Data

Flo launched Flo AI, a natural-language interface that lets law firm leaders query their recruiting and performance data to answer talent questions that previously required manual spreadsheet work across disconnected systems. The Austin-based legal talent platform said the tool can surface which recruiting sources produce top performers, how required skills are shifting with AI adoption, and which interviewers reliably predict hires who succeed, all in plain English.

Flo has spent the past several years embedding itself in law firm talent infrastructure. The company serves more than 250 clients, including 75 percent of Am Law 100 firms and 90 percent of the top 50-ranked U.S. law schools. Its product suite spans pipeline building, applicant tracking, work allocation, and performance management. The March 2026 expansion into performance management, adding review writing support, summarization, and trend analysis, laid the groundwork for Flo AI by giving the platform access to the structured and unstructured performance data that powers the new tool's answers.
