HAQQ Legal AI Secures $3M Funding Round

HAQQ Legal AI has raised $3 million to accelerate development of its AI operating system for the legal industry.

The Lebanon-based legal technology company announced the funding on February 1, 2026, led by Sowlutions Ventures with participation from HITEK Ventures, Corona Legal, IM FNDNG, Highworth, Razor Capital, SYMAX, Hamady Trust, and other strategic partners. The capital will fund platform development, global deployment, and team expansion for the company's Legal AI and practice management system.

The funding round addresses a critical infrastructure gap in a legal industry worth over $1 trillion globally that remains one of the least digitized sectors worldwide.

Platform Overview

HAQQ Legal AI operates a vertically integrated platform combining AI-native legal intelligence, practice management systems, payments, and institutional infrastructure. The system currently serves more than 7,000 clients across enterprise legal teams, law firms, bar associations, courts, public institutions, and individual users.

The platform centers on Justinian®, the company's proprietary Legal AI engine designed to produce client-ready legal work from a single prompt. The system uses structured legal ontologies and firm-specific digital twins rather than generic large language models.

Deployment Plans

The company will deploy capital across four areas: deepening Legal AI and agent architecture, expanding enterprise and institutional deployments across MENA and select global markets, strengthening security and compliance infrastructure, and scaling engineering and product teams.

HAQQ Legal AI is a member of the NVIDIA Inception Alliance Program, which supports its work on large-scale AI infrastructure and applied legal intelligence.

The platform addresses this by unifying legal drafting, research, review, and summarization with end-to-end practice management systems, peer-to-peer international payments, institutional systems for bars and courts, and ontological Legal AI twin systems for large enterprises.

The system provides secure, auditable, and jurisdiction-aware legal execution designed to operate across different regulatory environments.
