Blair, who brings 27 years of experience in UK legal services, will focus on helping firms move from early AI interest to consistent, sustained adoption across their teams.

Law firms across the UK have widely licensed AI tools, but many are now struggling with the harder work of making adoption stick. The gap is no longer access to technology. It is building the skills, governance, and confidence needed to use it well.

Blair's Background

Blair brings senior leadership experience from inside law firms, having held roles as IT Director, Director of Technology and Transformation, and Chief Transformation Officer. She also chairs the Law Society of Scotland's LawTech Advisory Board, giving her direct visibility into where the legal profession is heading.
