Technology adoption specialist iTrain has appointed Sarah Blair as Head of Transformation to lead its growing portfolio of AI services for UK law firms. Blair, who brings 27 years of experience in UK legal services, will focus on helping firms move from early AI interest to consistent, sustained adoption across their teams.

Blair's Background

Blair brings senior leadership experience from inside law firms, having held roles as IT Director, Director of Technology and Transformation, and Chief Transformation Officer. She also chairs the Law Society of Scotland's LawTech Advisory Board, giving her direct visibility into where the legal profession is heading.

Her appointment comes at a point when UK law firms are increasingly focused on consistent AI use across teams, with the right governance and support structures in place. Blair's background spans both operational leadership and sector-wide advisory work.
