Bay Legal launched its Global Support Initiative with XPRTS Inc., integrating offshore teams from the Philippines and Latin America with U.S. attorneys. The California firm uses advanced tech to support intake, case drafting, and marketing, with XPRTS training 50 offshore professionals, boosting service speed by 30%.
