Legora has acquired Graceview, a regulatory horizon scanning platform, to bring real-time regulatory intelligence into its legal AI platform.
This acquisition matters because legal and compliance teams have long relied on fragmented, manual monitoring to track regulatory changes across jurisdictions. Legora is now closing that gap by integrating Graceview's infrastructure directly into its existing workflow platform.
The Core Problem
Legal, compliance, and risk teams operate across a growing number of jurisdictions. Regulation is becoming more complex, more global, and more consequential every year.
The tools available to track these changes have not kept pace. Teams have been forced to piece together information from multiple noisy sources or pay for costly specialist subscriptions to stay informed.
What Graceview Brings
Founded three years ago, Graceview monitors tens of thousands of official regulatory sources across more than 100 jurisdictions in real time.
At the center of its platform is a proprietary global regulatory taxonomy. This system maps every regulatory source to a relevant area and jurisdiction, delivering structured, high-signal alerts instead of raw data.
The result is that legal and compliance teams receive only the regulatory updates that are relevant to their specific business, practice area, or geography.
The Deal in Detail
With this acquisition, Graceview's entire team joins Legora. The platform remains fully operational for existing Graceview customers during the transition.
Legora currently works with over 700 law firms and enterprises across more than 50 markets. Its clients include Linklaters, Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and MinterEllison.
Legora described itself as one of the fastest-growing AI-native legal technology platforms globally. The addition of Graceview extends its platform beyond drafting and collaboration into regulatory monitoring.
Max Junestrand, CEO and Co-Founder of Legora, said: "The tools to track regulatory changes in a structured, reliable way simply haven't existed at the scale and coverage the global legal market demands. Graceview has spent three years building the infrastructure to solve that. Bringing them into Legora means our customers can move from spotting a regulatory change to acting on it without ever leaving their workflow."
What Changes for Users
For existing Graceview customers, the platform continues to operate as normal. Graceview has confirmed that its team remains in place to provide support.
Looking ahead, Graceview's core technology will be rebuilt into Legora's platform. The company says this will bring deeper integrations, greater resources, and faster product development.
Legora's platform will now be able to surface regulatory developments the moment they occur, mapped to the jurisdictions and practice areas relevant to each firm or in-house team. Legal teams will be able to track, understand, and respond to regulatory change inside the same platform they already use for other legal work.
Jules Ioannidis, Co-Founder and COO of Graceview, said: "From day one, our ambition at Graceview has been to give legal and risk teams real-time visibility over the regulatory change that matters to their business, and the means to act on it. Joining Legora accelerates our mission and dramatically expands our reach."
Graceview noted it will share a detailed roadmap and transition plans with customers in the weeks ahead.
