Legora and Ironclad Connect AI Platforms for Legal Teams

Legora and Ironclad announced a partnership on June 17, 2026, to integrate their AI legal platforms for in-house legal teams.

In-house legal teams now have a way to connect contract intelligence with legal analysis through a single integration. This matters because legal departments have long relied on separate tools that do not share data or context, slowing down work on contracts, regulatory changes, and litigation.

The Partnership

Legora is an agentic operating system built for legal work. It provides legal analysis grounded in files, legislation, and case law. Ironclad is an AI contracting platform that offers contract intelligence, playbooks, and workflows for negotiation and contract operations.

The two companies describe this as the first AI-to-AI integration between two legal platforms, connected in both directions.

What It Does

The integration gives mutual customers three core capabilities. They can bring Ironclad contract intelligence into Legora, bring Legora legal intelligence into Ironclad, and run deep legal analysis grounded in the Ironclad contract repository.

This means a legal team can analyze how a new regulation affects their existing contracts without switching between tools or manually transferring data.

Why It Was Built

Legal teams today face higher workloads, faster turnaround expectations, and more frequent regulatory changes. Despite this, the tools most teams use still operate independently, creating gaps between contract data and legal analysis.

Max Junestrand, CEO and Co-Founder of Legora, addressed this directly: "This is the first time two legal AI platforms will be connected this deeply, and in both directions. Rollout Plans

Legora and Ironclad will release the integration in phases. Both companies will communicate specific capabilities and availability directly to mutual customers over time. No pricing details or a general availability date were announced at the time of the press release.
