Legora, a legal AI platform, appointed Zeynep Inanoglu Ozdemir as Chief Marketing Officer on May 21, 2026, to lead its global marketing efforts.
This hire signals Legora's push to grow beyond its early traction and compete as a global enterprise brand, particularly in the U.S. market.
Her Background
Ozdemir joins from Atlassian, where she served as CMO and led a marketing organization of more than 450 people spanning brand, product marketing, demand generation, communications, and events.
Before Atlassian, she was CMO at Palo Alto Networks, where the company expanded across multiple cybersecurity categories and saw its market capitalization grow fivefold. She holds a PhD in Machine Learning from the University of Cambridge and is based in San Francisco.
Why This Hire
Legora CEO and Co-Founder Max Junestrand framed the decision clearly: "Zeynep has done what very few marketers have: she has built enterprise marketing motions, led a product-led growth business with direct revenue accountability, and operated at large scale without losing the builder instinct that makes great marketing. She will play a critical role in our global expansion and continued brand momentum."
