Nexview has launched an enterprise platform and announced a partnership with EFutures to help law firms measure the economic value of their people.
The launch responds to a specific gap in how law firms track workforce performance. Most firms rely on billing hours and revenue figures to gauge people-related outcomes — metrics that often miss early signs of declining talent value or building internal misalignment. Nexview aims to close that gap by giving firm leaders a unified, forward-looking view of their people data.
The Platform
Nexview describes itself as a business intelligence company built for law firms. Its new platform pulls together data from timekeeping, billing, client outcomes, innovation activity, and engagement signals — consolidating them into a single view for firm leadership.
The goal is to give decision-makers a real-time picture of how their people affect firm performance. Rather than waiting for a billing shortfall or a talent exit to flag a problem, the platform is designed to surface those warning signs earlier.
Nexview calls the product a human value operating system — a term that reflects its focus on translating people data into economic and strategic insight, rather than traditional HR reporting.
The EFutures Partnership
Alongside the platform launch, Nexview announced a formal partnership with EFutures, co-led by CEO Prashan Nagendra. The two companies say the venture was built to address a flaw in how law firms currently measure their people.
Traditional people metrics — such as headcount, utilization rates, and annual performance scores — can miss early indicators of value erosion and misalignment risk. The Nexview-EFutures partnership targets law firms first, with scope to expand into broader professional services sectors including accounting and consulting.
The partnership was announced on February 17, 2026, ahead of the Legal Innovation & Tech Fest in London, scheduled for June 17–18, 2026, at the InterContinental O2.
What Leaders Say
Jeremy Bingham, Founder of Nexview, framed the platform around economics and accountability rather than conventional HR metrics.
"Nexview gives firm leaders a human value operating system, one that speaks the language of economics, accountability, and long-term resilience," Bingham said.
Prashan Nagendra, CEO of EFutures and Co-Founder of Nexview, highlighted the platform's approach to surfacing signals without crossing into invasive monitoring.
"Nexview was co-founded to give law firm leaders earlier, clearer signals, without resorting to simplistic or invasive analytics," Nagendra said.
Market Scope
The platform currently targets law firms, a sector where workforce data tends to sit in silos across billing software, HR systems, and client relationship tools. Nexview's approach unifies those data streams without requiring firms to replace existing systems.
The company has not disclosed pricing or a client list. Both founders indicate that professional services more broadly represents the longer-term target market, with law firms serving as the initial entry point.
