The feature sits within the firm’s Client Portal and targets HR and legal teams responsible for monitoring changing obligations across several jurisdictions. It is available to Advanced and Premium portal users without an additional charge.

The launch reflects a broader shift in legal technology from repositories that explain the law toward workflow tools that help organizations act on it. Multistate employers must coordinate updates involving job advertisements, onboarding notices, employee handbooks, paid leave, wage deductions, training and terminations. The firm says updates generally reach calendars within 24 hours, although timing depends on the selected calendar service and individual settings. Clients do not need to install another application or maintain a separate login. The feature builds on a Client Portal offered by a labor and employment firm with more than 1,100 lawyers across 60 offices worldwide.
