PwC UK and ContractPodAi have launched an Agentic Innovation Lab to accelerate AI development for legal and contracting operations.

PwC UK and ContractPodAi announced on October 30, 2025, the launch of a dedicated Agentic Innovation Lab and expanded global Centre of Excellence. The collaboration aims to co-develop AI agents for legal, contracting, and regulatory applications using ContractPodAi's Leah platform. The partnership combines PwC's legal technology expertise with ContractPodAi's AI capabilities to deliver enterprise solutions globally.

The Innovation Lab addresses the growing need for AI automation in legal operations. Organizations face increasing complexity in contract management and regulatory compliance. Partnership Structure

PwC UK leads the long-term collaboration. The Centre of Excellence brings together AI engineers, legal technologists, and domain specialists from PwC. These teams work directly alongside ContractPodAi's product development team. The structure enables rapid prototyping and deployment of AI agents for enterprise clients across multiple markets.

The Lab builds on existing successes. Previous collaborations produced AI agents for Tariff compliance and Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements. These tools demonstrate the partnership's ability to translate regulatory frameworks into automated solutions.
