Sirion Closes Majority Investment from Haveli Investments

Sirion, a global AI-native contract lifecycle management platform, has secured a majority investment from Austin-based Haveli Investments.

The investment signals growing enterprise demand for AI tools that go beyond storing contracts to actively managing obligations, compliance, and risk across large contract portfolios. As companies look to reduce manual contracting work, software that embeds AI into live workflows is drawing significant private equity attention.

The Deal

Haveli Investments, a private equity firm focused on technology sectors including software, data, and gaming, led the transaction. William Blair acted as exclusive financial advisor to Sirion. Moelis and Company served as exclusive financial advisor to Haveli, while Latham and Watkins provided legal counsel to the investment firm.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sirion currently manages more than seven million contracts across over 100 languages, serving many of the world's largest enterprises.

Sirion's platform allows enterprises to store, create, and negotiate contracts using a conversational interface paired with specialized AI agents. The software supports the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting through post-signature workflows such as obligation tracking and compliance monitoring.
