Sirion has introduced a next-generation agentic CLM platform powered by AI agents and a conversational interface called AskSirion.

Sirion, the AI-native contract lifecycle management leader, launched its next-generation agentic CLM platform on October 9, 2025. The platform features AskSirion, the industry's first 360 conversational contracting experience that gives users access to practitioner-grade AI agents across the entire contracting lifecycle.

Enterprise contracting involves significant complexity and delays. According to World Commerce & Contracting, enterprise contracts take 24-30 weeks to complete on average, with more than 80 friction points across the lifecycle. WorldCC-Deloitte research shows 76% of respondents reported inefficiencies in their contracting processes.

The Agents

The platform includes six out-of-the-box agents built on agentOS, Sirion's AI-native operating system. The Search Agent finds and retrieves contract intelligence. The Draft Agent creates contracts based on approved templates. The Issue Detection Agent identifies deviations from playbook at the issue level. The Redline Agent addresses deviations with explanations. The Extraction Agent converts documents into structured contract intelligence. The Playbook Agent transforms institutional knowledge into standardized playbooks.
