Stella Legal Partners with Sirion for CLM

Stella Legal, a UK-founded legal technology consultancy, has partnered with contract lifecycle management provider Sirion as a flagship implementation partner.

The strategic services and delivery partnership was announced on February 3, 2026, in London. Stella Legal will embed experts with Sirion's clients to operationalize contracting transformation through customized optimization and AI-enabled services designed to ensure successful technology adoption and long-term operational excellence.

The partnership addresses a critical gap in legal technology implementation. Many organizations invest in CLM platforms but struggle to operationalize them effectively and capture sustained value from their technology investments.

Rapid Growth

Stella Legal was founded last year by CEO Tyson Ballard, together with Alyssa Kokilah (senior director), Yolanda Van Wyk (general counsel), and Gordon Williams (client delivery). The founding team previously worked together at tech consultancy Syke, which is now part of Consilio.

In 12 months, the company has grown to 110 people. The firm maintains headquarters in both London and Phoenix, Arizona.

Service Delivery

Stella Legal will provide services covering selection, configuration, migration, and integration. The company specializes in change management to drive adoption and return on investment.

Stella Legal's team includes lawyers and technologists who bridge the divide between legal, IT, procurement, and finance departments. This global team delivers regional expertise and 24/7 responsiveness.

Ballard told Legal IT Insider that the company has worked with large enterprises from the start in Europe, the United States, and the UAE, where it recently completed its first three projects.
