Poland's largest independent law firm has gone all-in on legal AI, and the scale of the rollout signals a broader shift in how mid-to-large law firms in Central Europe are approaching the technology.
The Deployment
WKB Lawyers is deploying Harvey across its entire legal team of more than 160 professionals. The firm operates across more than 40 practice areas, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to intellectual property, technology law, and financial regulation.
Harvey's platform gives WKB's lawyers access to AI agents and tools built specifically for legal work. The deployment covers contract analysis, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and litigation support.
The Problem It Solves
Law firms at WKB's scale routinely face a volume problem: a significant portion of lawyer time goes toward process-driven tasks such as reviewing contracts, scanning documents for compliance flags, and conducting preliminary due diligence research. These tasks are necessary but do not require the level of judgment that senior legal professionals are trained to provide.
