This partnership addresses the mounting legal complexity that venture capital firms face while managing heavy deal flows, increasing regulatory scrutiny, and diverse compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. The move positions Z47's legal function to handle its expanding investment portfolio more efficiently.

Major VC Fund
Z47's legal team, led by Mayukh Datta, has deployed Lucio for drafting, contract review, compliance, and legal analysis. The fund manages over $3.5 billion in assets under management and has made more than 150 investments since its founding in 2006.
The partnership comes as Z47 continues backing companies from seed to Series A stages, including market leaders like Ola, Razorpay, OfBusiness, and Five Star Business Finance.
