Harvey, an AI platform for legal services, announced a partnership with SCC Online on January 15, 2026, to integrate SCC's Indian legal content into Harvey's platform. The collaboration allows lawyers to access SCC's comprehensive database—including case law, legislation, and secondary materials—while using Harvey's AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis. The integration will be available to mutual customers of Harvey and SCC Online AI.

The partnership addresses a gap in AI-powered legal workflows for Indian law practitioners. Until now, lawyers using AI platforms had limited access to authoritative Indian legal sources within their workflow tools. This integration eliminates the need to switch between research databases and AI platforms. Legal professionals can now query Indian legal materials alongside internal documents without leaving Harvey's system.

Within Harvey, lawyers can select SCC Online's content as a dedicated knowledge source. The platform provides access to SCC's repository of Indian, foreign, and international case law. It includes statutes, rules, notifications, law review journals, forms, precedents, news, lectures, and transcripts.

The integration allows users to embed SCC Online authorities directly into ongoing work. Lawyers can query the database and insert verified legal references into pleadings, contracts, and opinions without manual citation work.

The partnership enables several specific workflows. For case law research, lawyers can identify and analyze judgments from the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions. The system allows users to trace how legal principles have evolved across Indian jurisprudence.
