ClearDox Legal Binder centralizes the process of building court-ready legal bundles, eliminating the need to switch between multiple PDF tools, shared drives, and email threads. It handles uploads of 70,000+ pages, automatically converts documents from various formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, JPEG, MSG) to PDF, applies OCR to make documents searchable, and generates a table of contents that updates automatically as documents are added, removed, or rearranged. Users can apply custom templates for front pages, headers, and footers, add branding (logos, fonts, layouts), and create templates tailored to specific courts or case types. Appendix stamps with custom logos and formatting are applied automatically. Large cases can be split into multiple binders, each downloadable as a standalone PDF for print or digital delivery. Collaboration features allow colleagues and counterparties to be invited directly into the workspace—counterparties do not require a license—where they can comment, annotate, and make edits without relying on email. Additional tools include built-in anonymization/redaction, intelligent search across the bundle, page numbering, and book-layout formatting for physical delivery. Integrations are available with Thomson Reuters HighQ, iManage, Acadre by Formpipe, Microsoft Azure, and F2 cBrain, with the option to add custom integrations. Live support is accessible directly within the platform.
