Afriwise signed a definitive agreement to acquire LawExplorer, South Africa's regulatory monitoring provider, on August 5, 2025. 

This acquisition addresses critical gaps in African legal intelligence. Companies operating across Africa struggle with fragmented regulatory frameworks and lack consolidated platforms for tracking legal changes across multiple jurisdictions.

Platform Integration Creates Comprehensive Solution

Afriwise integrates LawExplorer's flagship Sentinel platform, which has delivered regulatory monitoring for over 20 years. The combined platform provides structured laws, expert insights, and scalable monitoring tools across 40+ African jurisdictions.
