LegalRM Expands Team to Scale Global Growth

LegalRM adds seven hires to scale its information governance platform globally in April 2026.

On 17 April 2026, LegalRM, headquartered in London, UK and Boulder, CO, announced seven new hires and structural enhancements across delivery, support, AI strategy, marketing, technical consulting, and North American business development. The company made these changes to build the operational capacity needed to support law firms and professional services organisations managing information governance obligations at scale.

Law firms increasingly need to manage the full lifecycle of digital and physical records across multiple repositories. Inconsistent delivery, limited client support visibility, and the unstructured adoption of AI in legal workflows are specific problems LegalRM is now directly addressing through these hires.

New Leadership

Stanley Gee joins as Director of Delivery. He previously led the EMEA consultancy team at one of the largest legal technology professional services consultancies, where he delivered enterprise legal tech implementations. At LegalRM, he oversees global delivery across technical consulting, project management, partner management, and training.

His primary focus is establishing consistent delivery methodologies across internal teams and the partner ecosystem. This aims to produce predictable implementations and enable partners to deliver independently to the same standards.

Melda Ozkasim joins as Head of Support and Customer Success, bringing over five years of experience in the legal technology sector. She leads the transformation of LegalRM's support function, with a focus on improving visibility, communication, and responsiveness. She also establishes user groups and a client advisory board to keep the company aligned with client needs.

Victoria Grech joins as fractional Chief AI Officer. She brings over two decades of experience across technology, enterprise, and AI strategy. She is also an applied AI expert selected by the Council of Europe, contributing to CDNET on the governance of emerging technologies. Her work at LegalRM covers both product and organisational strategy, with a focus on making AI adoption governable for clients.

North America and Tech

Peter Lamb joins as Canadian Business Development Manager, based in Toronto. He leads client relationships and business development across Canada and the wider North American market, working alongside Kandace Donovan. Lamb previously served as CIO at two of Canada's largest law firms, giving him direct industry experience in the market LegalRM is targeting.

Denys Bilynskyy joins as Junior Technical Consultant. With a background as a full stack developer, he strengthens the implementation team's delivery capacity and data migration capabilities.

LegalRM also formalizes its Azure infrastructure capability under George Hilton and Nick Kirov. Their work covers securing and scaling client environments and enabling faster provisioning of development and sandbox environments. Azure is Microsoft's cloud computing platform, and formalizing this function means LegalRM now has dedicated internal capacity to manage cloud infrastructure for clients.

Naomi Aldridge joins as Marketing Assistant, supporting Denise Prior and the global marketing team. Her role includes strengthening engagement with prospects and clients and supporting community initiatives.

The seven hires span six distinct functions: delivery, customer success, AI strategy, North American sales, technical implementation, and marketing. LegalRM also brings two infrastructure specialists into a formalized internal team, taking the total number of organizational additions to nine roles across the two announcements.

The company states that investment in these areas will continue beyond this announcement. Its stated goal is to build the leading information governance platform for professional services firms globally.
