Integreon Appoints Krishna Nacha as New CEO

Integreon named Krishna Nacha as Chief Executive Officer and Board member, effective immediately, the company announced on June 11, 2026.

The appointment comes as legal and business process companies race to integrate AI into client operations. Nacha's hiring signals Integreon's push to combine domain expertise with AI-enabled workflows at a time when organizations are shifting toward AI-led operations.

Leadership Background

Nacha brings more than 30 years of experience scaling global organizations across business process, technology services, and information management. He most recently served as Head of Americas at Iron Mountain, a leading information management services provider.

Earlier in his career, Nacha held executive roles at Wipro and EXL Service, both business process services companies. He also worked in commercial and operational leadership positions at Capgemini, Infosys, and Unilever.

Nacha holds a Bachelor of Engineering from NIT Karnataka, India. He also earned an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, India.

Strategic Direction

As CEO, Nacha will lead Integreon's domain-led, AI-forward strategy. He will also continue the company's work helping clients modernize and optimize critical business functions.
