TT&A has partnered with Lucio AI to improve how its lawyers access institutional knowledge and handle client matters, the two companies announced on April 28, 2026, in Mumbai.

This partnership is part of a broader shift in Indian legal practice, where firms are moving from ad hoc AI experimentation to structured, workflow-level integration. The Partnership

TT&A will deploy Lucio AI across its internal work processes. The goal is to give lawyers faster access to the firm's accumulated knowledge across its practice areas, including corporate and M&A, banking and finance, capital markets, projects, infrastructure, energy, disputes, regulatory, and competition law.
